Casa Buena Vista Rentals is a local San Francisco company with extensive experience in both residential real estate and the vacation rental markets. In 2004, we identified an under served demand for short term vacation rentals. As the environment changed in San Francisco, we began concentrating on executive rentals and extended stays. At the same time, we expanded our business to Sonoma County in California and Victoria in British Columbia, Canada. The company has experience significant growth with the frequent addition of new properties. Casa Buena Vista Rentals is extremely selective about the properties we represent. We strive to extend a personal effort with each party making sure we accommodate your needs and insure a wonderful stay.

Securing a reservation requires a $750 deposit, which is not refundable but will be applied to your last month’s rent. Bookings made via Airbnb or Booking.com are guided by the platform’s financial policies.
Each unit has a maximum number of guests that can be accommodated. You are welcome to invite others for dinner, etc. However, please take care to be thoughtful and not disturb other inhabitants of the building or neighbors. Please familiarize yourself with parking guidelines and regulations.
All of our properties are strictly non-smoking. This means no smoking in or around the property including garages, roofs, and gardens. Evidence of violation of these arrangements can result in fines or eviction.
Confirmed reservations cancelled 8 days or more prior to arrival are subject to the simple forfeiture of your deposit. If you cancel 7 days or less prior to your arrival, you will forfeit your first month’s rent. Reservations made on third party platforms are guided by their own set of rules, which Casa Buena Vista Rentals accepts.
Security deposits are applied to the last month’s rent.
We have two methods of securing entry into the rental units. Many units are equipped with electronic locks. If the unit you have booked is so equipped, then you will be advised of the codes and sent instructions for the unit a couple days before arrival.
If not, your keys will be available at 1652 Waller (cornerof Shrader). If we are not in theoffice, the keys will be in the mailbox. We will provide the combination a couple days prior to arrival. Please return the keys to the location whereyou collected them.
All units provide the following items and can be replaced if missing or damaged upon guest arrival.

Being of lawful age and in consideration of being permitted to rent a property as advertised on this website, in the activity described below, the Rentor (financial authority on reservation) releases and forever discharges the Agent (Casa Buena Vista Rentals), the Agent's staff, property owners, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property, including injury resulting in the death of the Rentor, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of the Rentor's access, occupation, and utility of the rental property and it's amenities, devices, or other devices herein expressely unwarranted and non-guranteed. Not withstanding that such damage, loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of the Agent.
