The following concierge services can scheduled by contacting our Guest

Services. Most services are discounted when combined or ordered as a package
deal included in the rental rate. Information about the vendor of the service is
provided when the service is not directly delivered from Casa Buena Vista
Are you flying into SFO? We now offer private car service which includes
picking you up at the airport, stopping by our office to pick up your units keys
and taking you to your unit. When scheduled in advance the keys can be sent out
to you ahead of time. This all inclusive car service is only
$90 for a maximum of 4 passengers. All you have to do is email
us your flight details and contact information.
KEY SERVICE OPTIONS
We manage properties throughout San Francisco. On the day of your arrival you
must collect the keys to your unit from our office at 3PM. This
may be inconvenient when using public transportation or a taxi. We offer several
services to assist you with the key collections.
Advance Mail Service
Bypass having to pick up your key from our office by having them securely
mailed with tracking notifications. Domestic key service must be scheduled 7
days in advance for a $25 fee. International key service must
be scheduled 12 days in advance for a $50 fee.
Key Return Service
On the day of your departure you are required to return the keys to our
office by 11:30AM. This service allows you to leave the keys in
the unit for a $25 fee with advance notice.
Meet and Greet
We can also schedule a more personalized check in by meeting you at the
property with the keys. The rate is $40 when scheduled during
To better accommodate your stay we offer equipment rentals. When requested in
advance the one-time rental fee of $35 includes the delivery
and setup prior to your arrival. If damaged the equipment is subject to a
deduction from your damage deposit unless you purchased damage insurance. All
equipment rental sales are final.
For reservations not exceeding the maximum number of guests, an air mattress
is available for rental. Not all units provide the necessary space to
accommodate an air mattress.
Typically this service is for our Executive guests and may already have been
included in the rental rate.
We can provide an infant's crib however we do not provide the linen.
Toddlers Play Pen
We can provide a play pen for toddlers however we do not provide the
The units are pre-cleaned and the cost has been included in the rent. Guests
can request additional cleanings during their stay at a discounted rate. 21
night occupancies are required to schedule cleanings every 2 weeks. Basic
service does not include laundry, linen, or bath towels. Full service is all
inclusive but does not include personal laundry. The rate varies based on the
size of the unit and the frequency of the cleaning. Basic cleanings averages
from $50 to $120. Full service cleanings
